1. Data we use

• Account: email address, username (the Minecraft Java name you register), and a hashed password. We do not store the password in plain text.
• Store: orders, store balance, ranks, Victory Coin purchases, cosmetics owned on the server, and invoices.
• Support: messages you send to play@thecoop.games and the details needed to answer them.
• Technical: IP address, browser type, and logs needed to keep sign-in and checkout working and to investigate abuse.
• Cookies: your cookie choice, and, only if you accept analytics, usage data described in the Cookie Policy.

Card and bank details are handled by the checkout provider. We receive a payment result and a reference, not your full card number.

2. Why we use it

• To create your account, sign you in, and deliver ranks, coins, and balance to your username. This is necessary for the contract.
• To send invoices and keep accounting records for as long as Polish tax law requires. This is a legal obligation.
• To answer support requests, prevent fraud, and protect the server. This is our legitimate interest in running a safe store. You can object where the law allows.
• To measure store traffic with Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies. The legal basis is consent. You can withdraw it at any time from Cookie Settings in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect use that already happened.

3. Who receives it

We do not sell personal data. Processors that help us run the store may include the company that hosts the site and database, the company that sends account and invoice email, and the checkout provider. They may process data in the European Economic Area or in another country. Where the country is outside the EEA and has no adequacy decision, we use an approved safeguard such as standard contractual clauses.

We may also disclose data if a law, court, or competent authority requires it.

4. How long we keep it

Account data stays while the account is open. If you ask us to delete the account, we delete or anonymize the profile and sign-in data unless we still need a record to finish an order, handle a dispute, or meet a legal duty. Invoices and payment records are kept for the period required by Polish tax law. Server security logs are kept only as long as needed to investigate abuse.

5. Children

The store is not directed at children under 16. If you are under 16, do not create an account unless a parent or guardian contacts us first. If we learn that a child under 16 registered without a guardian, we may close the account and delete the personal data.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict it, or provide it in a portable form. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest, and you can withdraw analytics consent. To use a right, email play@thecoop.games. We may ask you to confirm that you control the account before we act.
